AFTERCARE SERVICE

Faith Mother will repair all pieces of jewellery within one year of purchase at no additional cost if there is clearly a fault in the manufacturing. If the damage is as a result of heavy wear or is beyond the one year warranty period we will be happy to repair your Faith Mother jewellery for a small charge. JEWELLERY CARE

Exposure to certain chemicals can damage or discolour jewellery. It is therefore best to keep your jewellery well away from any domestic cleaning products. And also to remove it when in the swimming pool, when applying scent, hairspray and other products. When storing your jewellery, keep each piece in a box or soft pouch to prevent it from becoming scratched, and store in a cool, dry place.

CLEANING YOUR JEWELLERY

We recommend using washing up liquid or mild soap, and a very soft toothbrush to gently clean the surface of your jewellery in lukewarm water. It is important not to leave your enamel jewellery submerged in water for any length of time. Dry with a soft lint-free cloth. If your jewellery needs a more thorough clean, you can return it to us for a professional cleaning service.

CARING FOR ENAMEL

We use a lacquer enamel which is made from resin. Whilst it is durable, it may still become damaged if scratched, knocked or dropped so care should be taken. White enamel lacquer in particular requires careful adherence to the care advice. This is to keep it looking its best and to prevent it discolouring over time. It is possible to repair lacquer enamel so if it becomes damaged, please get in touch at hello@faithmother.com
