2. WHERE DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

When you place an order with us, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address, and where applicable, any images or plaster models provided by you which are relevant to the order. We may also collect data when accessing our social networks, talking to you on the phone or in emails to us, and if you provide us with any feedback.
  2. When you browse our website, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address and other technical data, in order to provide us with information that helps us to improve our website, products, marketing, customer relationships and experiences.
  3. Our website uses cookies to collect information about the pages you view, the links you click and other actions you take on our Services or email. Most web browsers have cookies enabled; should you need to turn them on, consult the help guide for your browser. 3. HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

  1. We process personal data for purchases, payments, customer support and fulfilment to enable us to perform our contract with you.
  2. 4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

5. PAYMENT

  1. We use Stripe and PayPal for all of our online transactions through our website. Both are PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant and have robust controls over how they handle your payment information, including two-factor authentication, access control, and AES-256-bit encryption.

6. MARKETING

  1. We may use your personal information to tell you about relevant goods and any upcoming offers. We can only use your personal information to send you marketing messages if we have either your consent or a legitimate interest to do so.
  2. You can ask us to stop sending you marketing messages at any time by emailing us at hello@faithmother.com, or use the opt-out links on any marketing message sent to you. Where you opt out of receiving marketing messages from us, this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of purchasing our goods or services or any other transaction between you and us.

7. THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS

  2. We minimise the amount of personal information we disclose to what is directly relevant and necessary to accomplish the specified purpose. In so doing we may disclose your personal information to authorised third party service providers who help us to provide our services such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, in order to facilitate your purchase.
